← Back to main appAdd each active technician’s mobile number. When a customer requests that technician, they’ll get a text with the service, date and time, and the customer’s first name. They reply YES to accept or NO to decline. No app or sign-in is needed.
Enter each number only after that technician agrees to receive booking-request texts. Tap Save number once to save the number and record that agreement. Numbers are encrypted.
