First, load the staff and service setup.
This loads the starting staff list and service menu. You can add more technicians afterward. It does not create appointments or send texts.
Set 4-digit staff PINs
Enter the first PIN for Angela. The next technician gets the next number. You can save Angela now and save the others later.
The codes go up by one for each person. Anyone who learns one may guess another, so share each PIN privately.
Add or remove a technician
New technicians get a name and PIN here. When someone leaves, tap “No longer working” to move them to Archive. Their past appointment records stay saved.
After adding someone, set their work days, hours, and services below.
Inactive technicians cannot sign in or receive bookings. No fixed breaks are added. Customer bookings and text messages are not active yet.
